Keith B. Carter holds a Cornell MBA and spent twelve years as Associate Professor at NUS School of Computing, where he founded the NUS Fintech Lab and created NUS FinTech SG, a nationally recognised mid-career conversion programme. Before academia, he led global supply chain innovation at Estee Lauder for over a decade, scaling ROIC from 7% to 25% through AI-driven operations. He now delivers AI strategy programs across Asia through Emeritus with clients including Societe Generale, Accenture, and ANZ Bank. His four books span AI productivity, values-driven leadership, and faith-based investing.
